Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time(s) are reserved specifically for you. If you request to reschedule a session with less than 48 hours notice, or do not show for a scheduled appointment, you will still be charged the full price of the session. If you have prepaid for the session, you will not be refunded. If you must reschedule, please let us know immediately and include the new date and time you are requesting (see website for availability) at 484-366-1039 or via email at Sarah@SarahElizabethReiki.com. If you have symptoms of an active infection (e.g. sore throat, cough, fever), please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule. Sessions may only be rescheduled 1 time. In person sessions may be switched to online Reiki and Meditation in event of illness/inclement weather. Reiki classes have a unique policy, as follows: Class time varies on the number of students attending (5-8 hours per day). Pay in full upon registration, no refunds. Class is available in person and over Zoom. In the case of illness or other events, class can be taught and offered completely online. You must be present for 100% of class time, participate fully in all aspects of class, and be actively engaged to receive a certificate. There are no options to reschedule once you register for a specific class.
