Cancellation Policy

An appointment can be rescheduled 1 time when requested with more than 48 hours notice via text or email. If you request to reschedule a session with less than 48 hours notice, or do not show for a scheduled appointment, you will still be charged the full price of the session. If you have prepaid for the session, you will not be refunded. We offer packages of MFR sessions which allow you to book multiple sessions at a time at a cost savings: 6 sessions at a cost of $1,100 this is a $100 discount. You understand and agree that all sessions in any purchased package must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase. Any sessions unused after 3 months from the date of purchase will expire, and are not redeemable for cash or refund. If you must reschedule, please let us know immediately and include the new date and time you are requesting (see website for availability) at 484-366-1039 or via email at Sarah@SarahElizabethReiki.com. In person sessions may be switched to online Reiki and Meditation in event of illness/inclement weather. Reiki classes have a unique policy, as follows: Class time varies on the number of students attending (5-8 hours per day). Pay in full upon registration, no refunds. Class is available in person and over Zoom. In the case of illness or other events, class can be taught and offered completely online. You must be present for 100% of class time, participate fully in all aspects of class, and be actively engaged to receive a certificate. There are no options to reschedule once you register for a specific class. All payments are due in full at the time of scheduling. We accept credit cards. If your method of payment is declined in any way, Company or Company’s payment processor will notify Client and Client will have 3 business days to satisfy the amount owed on the delinquent payment. We reserve the right to pursue any legal recourse for outstanding balances, including hiring an attorney and/or authorizing a debt collection agency to collect any outstanding balance due. No refunds will be issued for any reason at any time, regardless of whether you pay for a package of sessions and do not complete all sessions. You agree that you shall not initiate any chargebacks against us via your payment provider. Any payments are final and may not be charged back. You are responsible for any fees associated with recouping payment and any associated collection fees.
