Sarah has a Master's degree in Health Sciences, licensure in Massage Therapy, and advanced training in Reiki, Meditation, and John F. Barnes' Myofascial Release Approach®, she blends clinical knowledge with intuitive care to address the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.

Sarah helps people and the animals they love feel more at home in their bodies.

Location:

Sarah's Phoenixville location is close to Valley Forge Park and the King of Prussia area.

Reiki and the Realization Process Meditation are available online over Zoom.

Hours:

Monday through Friday 11am-7pm

Reiki classes are taught on the weekends
