Based on you goal for the session and the guidance of the energy I will incorporate individualized meditations, techniques, and additional modalities like sound healing. Sessions for animals and children are unique, we will follow their lead and use specialized techniques! Sessions can be at home, in the community, treatment room, or on zoom and can be active and still.

Holy Fire®III World Peace Reiki 

Reiki is constantly responding to our needs and Reiki Master Teacher and author William Lee Rand has been facilitating this evolution through his work with the energy. He has been updating teaching manuals and practices so that the healing energy can reach more people at a deeper level with no restrictions. The most recent updates to this style of Reiki promote healing for World Peace. We must create peace within ourselves if we are to experience it in the world around us. The Holy Fire®III energy helps us to release and heal aspects of ourselves that are no longer serving us. This can look like shedding old beliefs and ways of living to becoming our authentic selves, who we are at our core, before we were shaped by societal and other belief systems.

Karuna Reiki® 

This energy and style of Reiki was also facilitated by William Lee Rand. Karuna means compassionate action and helps us to embody compassion on deep levels towards ourselves and the world. There are symbols and sounds used to facilitate profound shifts in our energy to align us with compassionate action.

Animal Reiki 

In William's work with the Holy Fire®III energy he was guided to assemble a team of highly experienced Reiki Masters who were working primarily with animals. This team was Colleen Benelli, Sioux Strong, Robyn Benelli, and Pamela Allen-LeBlanc. Together they connected with the energy and followed the guidance, the result being a new frequency of Reiki energy with the purpose of healing and empowering animals and people for living in balance. Animal Reiki heals the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wounds that people and animals experience during their lives. It creates stronger connections between people and animals, releases burdens, increases intuition, instincts, and joy!

Lemurian Light Healing 

Lemurian Light Healing is another style of energy work, it complements Reiki and works to create profound yet gentle shifts towards being our authentic selves. Lemurian Light Healing was facilitated by Tiffany Wardle through her work with meditation and connecting to this group of spiritual teachers, the Lemurians. The energy is gentle yet powerful as it focuses on balancing the chakras. ​​
