About Sarah Elizabeth

Hi, I'm Sarah!! I have always been passionate about learning, growing, and helping others and that has brought me to offering a variety of holistic services. My career as a Speech-Language Pathologist has led me to constantly seek the next best treatment modality for my clients. I am inspired by all of my clients and their family members and caregivers who are striving to better themselves and live a more full, happy, and healthy life. I have learned so much from all of you! One of the most powerful lessons I have learned is that it does not matter how many diagnoses you have in your chart, it doesn't matter what your logical prognosis for recovery is. If you have spirit, drive, and believe that things can change for the better, then they will! In my experience, having a positive belief system is the primary indicator in your success, with that you will discover the people and treatments that will help you to meet and exceed your goals.

 

Through my journey of seeking the most effective treatment modalities for my clients, my family, and myself I have been led to some of the most elite and refined treatments available. I am honored to share with you the work I have learned from my Master Teachers in Speech-Language Pathology, Reiki, The Realization Process, and John F. Barnes' Myofascial Release Approach®.  

 

I am here to help you increase your positive beliefs, experience peace, clarity, strength, and freedom within your body, mind, and emotions so that you can accomplish all of your goals and live the life of your dreams! I believe in your limitless potential and would be honored to play a role in your journey.

 

I focus on a coaching model in sessions because I have found that when I teach and empower you to help yourself outside of treatment sessions you will progress more quickly towards your goals. Let's do this!
