New clients must complete online forms prior to session and arrive 15-30 minutes early for initial visit.

 

Myofascial Release Sessions Wear loose shorts and a tank top and remove oils, lotions, and creams from skin.

Animal Reiki Sessions Book Reiki and Meditation Online for virtual sessions. If you would like an In-Home sessions, contact Sarah directly for scheduling.​

Children's Sessions  Book Myofascial Release or Reiki for sessions in person. Book Reiki and Mediation Online for virtual sessions. Anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their treatment.​
