Sessions In-Home and Online help you to integrate your progress into daily life, bring healing energy into your space, and help you to feel peace wherever you are!

New clients must complete online forms prior to session and arrive 15-30 minutes early for initial visit.

 

Myofascial Release Sessions Wear loose shorts and a tank top and remove oils, lotions, and creams from skin.

Animal Reiki Sessions Book Reiki and Meditation Online for virtual sessions. If you would like an In-Home sessions, contact Sarah directly for scheduling.​

Children's Sessions  Book Myofascial Release or Reiki for sessions in person. Book Reiki and Mediation Online for virtual sessions. Anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their treatment.​
