Sessions at Fox and Hollow provide a retreat experience in the scenic and quiet North Coventry Woods.

 

Sessions In-Home and Online help you to integrate your progress into daily life, bring healing energy into your space, and help you to feel peace wherever you are!

New clients Should arrive 15 minutes early for initial paperwork.

 

Myofascial Release Sessions Wear loose shorts and a tank top and remove oils, lotions, and creams from skin.

Animal Reiki Sessions Book Reiki and Meditation Online for virtual sessions. If you would like an In-Home sessions, contact Sarah directly for scheduling.​

Children's Sessions  Book Myofascial Release and Reiki for sessions at the retreat center. Book Reiki and Mediation Online for virtual sessions. Anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their treatment.

Cancelation Policies Sessions and classes canceled within 48 hours of start time will be charged the full amount of the service price. If you arrive late to your appointment it will still need to end at the scheduled time. Sessions may only be rescheduled 1 time when requested prior to 48 hours before session. 

In the event of illness or other reason that you may not be able to attend your session in person, all sessions can be switched to a Reiki session over Zoom. No refunds.

Reiki Classes Cancellation Policy Class time varies on the number of students attending (5-8 hours per day). Pay in full upon registration, no  refunds. Class is available in person and over Zoom. In the case of illness or other events, class can be taught and offered completely online. You must be present for 100% of class time, participate fully in all aspects of class, and be actively engaged to receive a certificate.
