John F. Barnes’ Myofascial Release (MFR) is a safe, gentle, and highly effective hands-on technique designed to release tension and restrictions within the body’s fascial system—the connective tissue network that surrounds and supports every muscle, organ, and cell.

This approach helps adults and children relieve discomfort caused by injuries, inflammation, trauma, emotional stress, and postural imbalances. How to Prepare

Please wear loose-fitting shorts and a tank top, and avoid oils, lotions, or creams before your session. This allows for effective, direct contact with the connective tissues and ensures the best therapeutic results.
