Myofascial Release
John F. Barnes' Myofascial Release Approach® is a safe, gentle, and effective method for adults and children to relieve pressure on the body from injuries, inflammation, trauma, and postural imbalances. It leaves us feeling more light, calm, and ease of movement for a higher quality of life.

During myofascial release treatment sessions, in addition to a structural evaluation, I utilize tuning forks for relaxation and identifying where the body is beginning to release and where it is still stuck. We can incorporate learning self treatment methods into sessions so you can continue your progress between sessions. Wear loose shorts and a tank top for sessions and no oils, lotions, or creams on your skin so that we can effectively work the connective tissues.
