Massage Therapy
Feel Better in Your Body. Live More Fully in Your Life.
Your body is constantly communicating with you. Pain, tension, fatigue, headaches, stiffness, poor sleep, and stress are often signs that your body is asking for support.
Massage therapy offers more than temporary relief. It creates an opportunity for your body and nervous system to slow down, reset, and return to a state of balance where healing can naturally occur.
Whether you are seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from an injury, managing stress, or simply wanting to feel more comfortable in your body, massage therapy can help you reconnect with a greater sense of ease, freedom, and well-being.
Personalized Care for Your Unique Journey
More Than Massage...
Sarah's work is rooted in the understanding that lasting healing often requires attention to the physical, mental, emotional, and energetic aspects of health.
Depending on your needs, sessions may incorporate:
• Therapeutic Massage
• Myofascial Release
• Reflexology
• Reiki Energy Healing
• Sound Healing
• Guided Meditation and Breathwork
• Nervous System Regulation Techniques
• Mindfulness and Body Awareness Practices
• Personalized Self-Care Recommendations
These complementary approaches work together to help release tension, calm the nervous system, improve body awareness, and support your body's natural healing processes.
Sarah's Integrative Approach to Massage Therapy
No two bodies are the same, and no two sessions should be either.
Every massage treatment is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs, preferences, and goals. Whether you are seeking pain relief, stress reduction, improved mobility, nervous system support, or a combination of concerns, your session is designed specifically for you.
Sarah combines her background in health sciences, clinical training, massage therapy, and energy healing to create treatments that address the whole person—not just isolated symptoms.
Rather than following a routine sequence, she continually assesses how your body is responding throughout the session and adapts the treatment accordingly. This allows each session to meet you where you are while also supporting your long-term healing goals.

A Partnership in Your Healing
A Partnership in Your Healing
Healing does not begin and end on the treatment table.
One of Sarah's greatest passions is empowering clients with tools they can use between sessions to continue supporting their progress. Depending on your goals, she may offer simple stretches, self-myofascial release techniques, mindfulness practices, breathing exercises, or lifestyle recommendations that help you maintain and build upon the benefits of your treatment.
The goal is not simply to help you feel better for a day or two—it is to help you create lasting improvements in how you feel, move, and experience your life.
Healing Happens in Layers
Every massage therapy session creates an opportunity for your body to release tension, restore balance, and move toward greater ease and comfort. Many clients notice meaningful improvements after just one session—less pain, improved mobility, deeper relaxation, better sleep, or simply feeling more at home in their bodies.
At the same time, lasting change often happens through consistency.
Most pain, tension, postural imbalances, movement restrictions, and stress patterns develop gradually over months or years. Because these patterns are often deeply ingrained in the muscles, fascia, nervous system, and daily habits, meaningful healing is usually a process of gently unwinding and retraining the body over time.
Each massage session builds upon the one before it, creating healing momentum that allows your body to hold less tension, move more freely, and function more efficiently. As restrictions begin to release and the nervous system learns to spend more time in a relaxed and regulated state, deeper and more lasting changes become possible.
When the body reaches a state of deep relaxation, it can shift out of "fight or flight" and into a state of rest, repair, and recovery. The more consistently we access these healing states, the easier it becomes for the body to release old patterns and establish healthier ones.
Many clients find that regular massage therapy helps them:
• Experience less pain and physical tension
• Improve flexibility, posture, and mobility
• Reduce stress and support nervous system regulation
• Recover more effectively from physical activity and daily demands
• Improve sleep quality and overall energy levels
• Create lasting improvements in how they feel and function
• Maintain the progress they've already achieved
The 6-Session Healing Journey
For clients seeking meaningful and lasting results, I offer a package of six massage therapy sessions.
This package is designed to provide the consistency needed to create lasting change. Rather than starting over with each appointment, we build upon the progress made in previous sessions, allowing your body to continue releasing restrictions, adapting to healthier movement patterns, and maintaining a greater sense of balance and well-being.
Together, we'll work toward your immediate concerns while supporting your long-term goals—whether that means reducing chronic pain, improving mobility, recovering from injury, managing stress, or simply feeling your best.
Purchase a package of 6 sessions and save $100.
Sessions must be used within 3 months.
When healing is supported consistently, the body often responds more efficiently and more completely. A series of sessions provides the time, support, and momentum needed to create deeper, more sustainable results.
Massage for Children
Helping children feel more comfortable, confident, and at home in their bodies.
Children experience stress, tension, and physical discomfort just as adults do. As they grow and develop, their bodies and nervous systems are constantly adapting to new physical, emotional, social, and sensory experiences.
Massage therapy offers a gentle and supportive way to help children feel more comfortable, regulated, and connected to their bodies. Sessions are always tailored to your child's age, personality, comfort level, and unique needs.
Many families seek massage therapy to support children who are experiencing:
• Stress, anxiety, or overwhelm
• Difficulty relaxing or winding down
• Growing pains and physical discomfort
• Sports-related soreness and injuries
• Postural tension from school, technology use, or activities
• Difficulty with body awareness and coordination
• Challenges related to sensory processing
• Sleep difficulties
• Major life transitions or emotional stress
Massage therapy can help children develop a greater sense of body awareness, improve relaxation, support healthy movement patterns, and encourage a more balanced nervous system. Most importantly, it can help children feel safe, supported, and at ease in their bodies.
A Developmental Approach to Pediatric Massage
Sarah brings a unique perspective to working with children through her background in Health Sciences and Speech-Language Pathology, where she received extensive education in childhood development, anatomy, neurology, sensory processing, communication, and the interconnected nature of physical, emotional, and nervous system health.
This foundation allows her to understand not only what a child's body may be experiencing physically, but also how developmental, sensory, emotional, and environmental factors may influence their overall well-being.
Combined with her training in massage therapy, Reiki, myofascial release, reflexology, meditation, and holistic healing, Sarah creates sessions that support the whole child—not just individual symptoms.
Children are never expected to remain still for an entire session. Depending on your child's age and needs, sessions may incorporate movement, breathing exercises, mindfulness practices, conversation, gentle massage techniques, Reiki, or other supportive approaches that help them feel comfortable and engaged.
Sarah's goal is to create a safe, nurturing environment where children can relax, build trust in their bodies, and develop the tools they need to thrive physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Because every child is unique, each session is customized to support both their immediate needs and their long-term growth, health, and well-being.
Massage Testimonials
Sarah is absolutely wonderful. She has done reiki and myofascial release with me a few times and it has been a game changer for my headaches and shoulder pain. Additionally, she has done reiki with both of my kids, which has made a great impact on them. She also supported them with coping skills for areas we were stuck. I cannot recommend Sarah enough to anyone.

Recently I have had the immense relief of an MFR & Reiki session for not only myself but also for my toddler. My toddler suffered from torticollis at birth and has issues sleeping, a lot of tension. I contacted Sarah about it and within 4 sessions, my toddler is sleeping better, walking better, and climbing everything with even more confidence! I am constantly telling other parents about MFR and Sarah! She also taught me things I could do at home in between sessions to help my toddler along! The difference has been astounding.
