Hands On Healing
Reiki and Myofascial Release Experience
A group healing experience. We will begin with sound healing and meditation to clear the energy fields and centers in the body, calm the mind, and relax the body. Sarah will share hands on Reiki and Myofascial Release treatment with each participant during this 90 minute experience. A process of spiritual awakening that is especially suited for the energetically sensitive individual. John F. Barnes' Myofascial Release Approach®
"Release pressure, improve function"
John F, Barnes' Myofascial Release Approach® is a safe, gentle, and effective method for adults and children to relieve pressure on the body from injuries, inflammation, trauma, and postural imbalances. It leaves us feeling more light, calm, and ease of movement for a higher quality of life. ​ During myofascial release treatment sessions, in addition to a structural evaluation, I utilize tuning forks for relaxation and identifying where the body is beginning to release and where it is still stuck. We can incorporate learning self treatment methods into sessions so you can continue your progress between sessions. Speech Therapy

Speech therapy services for all ages to improve thinking skills, speech, language, communication, fluency, social interaction, eating and drinking. Sessions will be designed based on your goals and will incorporate a blend of hands on and direct treatment with coaching to help you integrate your progress into daily life. Reiki promotes deep relaxation, it allows our bodies to switch into their natural rest, digest, and repair mode where healing can take place on all levels- physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Reiki balances our energetic system by clearing out stagnant energy and filling us with healthy vibrant energy. This promotes feelings of peace, wellbeing, and comfort within our bodies, minds, and spirits. Reiki for Animals

For animals, with their caregivers included. Animal Reiki energy empowers heightened awareness of and connection to the natural world. For animals, this can improve recovery, reduce ill effects of medications, improve relationships with other animals and people. This session begins with a meditation for everyone to begin connecting to Reiki energy, to enhance our awareness and observational skills so that we can improve our understanding of interactions with the animals. Animal Reiki sessions can take place outdoors (on the covered porch or in the grass) at Just Be Holistic Wellness Center or online via zoom.
